SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We offer FREE shipping on all orders. Using USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time is 1-3 business days.
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number and tracking number, any claims should be made with USPS.
Sale Tax
Only orders within New Jersey are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes. Any other state sale tax is the customer’s responsibility to pay.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We only ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship Internationally.
We are not liable for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Return and Exchange
Damaged or defective items may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange you must provide proof of purchase. Make sure you don’t throw the product away or consume it and take pictures of it highlighting the damage and the original packaging.
All Returns and Exchanges are subject to approval.
Please note: colors, shapes, or holes don’t make the product eligible for an exchange. All products being replaced must be returned, and are thoroughly inspected by our staff before being exchanged.
